“Perfect for a corporate retreat!”
We spent 3 nights at Saratoga Arms. The trip was organized as an incentive trip for our sales leaders with the goal that they be rewarded in style and comfort. None were disappointed! The personal attention that we received from the very first email from Sheila was great. She was able to recommend restaurants and things to do while we were there and made the whole thing seamless and easy to arrange! Never have we felt so welcome by all the staff – Judy, Cathy, Amy and Jeff. Nothing we requested was too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful! The breakfast was fresh and delicious and as healthy or as decadent as you wish! We absolutely loved the verandah and spent several hours enjoying it at different times throughout our visit. And everything is within walking distance. We had room 101 – highly recommend that you request it. Refrigerator, fireplace, double jacuzzi tub, and best of all – a walkout to a private patio a couple of steps down from the sidewalk. So nice to sit there hidden from view and watch Saratoga pass by your door.
“Luxurious!”
We have stayed at the Saratoga Arms twice now for conferences. We could stay in the hotel attached to the conference center and not worry about walking or the weather, but that would be just plain boring when we can stay at the Saratoga Arms and feel like we are VIPs. Each room is different, comfortable and top notch, and we can walk from our hotel right onto the lovely main street of Saratoga. Or we can enjoy a few glasses of wine on the front porch and watch the world go by. The Saratoga Arms is now my go to Saratoga hotel!
“Meeting Planners – Look No Farther”
Having the Saratoga Arms host your meeting event will make any meeting planner look good. The staff bends over backwards to make sure every detail is perfect. President Grant’s room is one of the best meeting rooms I’ve seen coast to coast with large ceiling to floor windows letting in natural light, an integrated projector, screen and sound system and a climate control system that you don’t have to keep adjusting. Plenty of breakout space to accomodate small group situations, and the porch is a fantastic place to host a happy hour or welcome reception. The food options are affordable, and everyone raved about the downtown location, comfort of the rooms, and especially free wi-fi throughout the hotel. If you need to impress a sales force, executive staff or clients, let Saratoga Arms do the work, while you sit back and hear the compliments! The service you get at Saratoga Arms beats any chain hotel I’ve ever planned a meeting in.
“Wonderful teamwork”
I recently hosted a conference at the Saratoga Arms with some 15 attendees from across the country. The Saratoga Arms is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the heart of downtown Saratoga. The charm and appeal of the hotel is further exemplified by the hotel staff. They truly make you feel as if they are working for you and are always available and thinking ahead about what you will need next. Any problems that arose were taken care of quickly and in a professional manner. Each attendee walked away raving about the bed and breakfast and what downtown Saratoga has to offer. I highly recommend the hotel for a small conference or an individual stay. You won’t be disappointed.
